Nitish Rana and Dinesh Karthik tried to take KKR’s boat to the shore but failed as Nitish got out courtesy a bad shot and Karthik struggled for timing, gave a catch straight to Yuzvendra Chahal near the boundary ropes....

Speaking to Cricbuzz, Virender Sehwag said either one of Agarwal or Rahul should have finished the game after facing 30-plus balls in the match. He remarked that had Chris Gayle - who made way for Makram in the match - played and scored a half-century, he would not have let the team lose in the final over. Devdutt Padikkal has been a major find for RCB, as the player won the Emerging Player award in his debut IPL campaign last year.
